This page explains what happens to information you give us through skycomms.co.uk. SkyComms is a trading name of EM Systems Consultancy Limited (company number 16867014), Unit 4 The Cottages, Trinity Way, Deva City Office Park, Salford, M3 7BE, which is the controller of that information.

This website

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Enquiries

The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to support@skycomms.co.uk, and nothing is shared until you press send. We use what you send only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry.

Client portal

The client portal at manage.skycomms.co.uk is a separate service for our clients, covered by the terms of their contract with us.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@skycomms.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
